Michael started his healthcare career as a biostatistician building predictive models to predict adverse events and future costs. He’s had leadership positions at HMC, Health Dialog, Optum, Cigna, and Evolent. He’s developed analytic roadmaps that utilize technology and analytics to enable the organization’s mission to select and manage risk, and he’s built high-performing teams that execute and deliver.

He’s a former executive at SAS where he was responsible for product management for solutions that generated more than $1 Billion in annual revenues. At Forecast Health he’s leading the charge to define our technology and product strategy.

Sohayla Pruitt

With 16+ years of experience in predictive analytic and geospatial solutions within healthcare, homeland security, law enforcement, and marketing, Sohayla leads our predictive analytics development. Most recently, she led the Health Intelligence team at Duke Medicine, and deployed analytics within the Epic EMR, using both clinical and socio-geographic information. She’s Epic-certified in several Epic data models and applications.

He brings 6 years of experience in healthcare – in his early days he was an actuarial analyst at BCBSNC, a health actuary at NC Department of HHS, and most recently, a public health analyst at the NC State Health Plan.
